Nick will be doing an intimate cookery demonstration aimed at the home cook and will include menu design/planning, preparation hints, tips and questions, viewer participation and wine matching suggestions. Very limited space, so book early!

Nick Galer’s career as a professional chef spans 10 years, emerging from a passion for food developed when he worked in France. Starting from time at the Fleur de Lys in Dorchester on Thames he moved to the Michelin starred Goose at Britwell Salome and then launched the 2 AA rosette Royal Oak in Yattendon. In July 2010 Nick was appointed Head Chef for Heston Blumenthal at The Crown in Bray on Thames.
