Become a friend of Dorchester Festival

Friends are important to all of us. In particular being a Friend of Dorchester Festival helps us to put together the fantastic programmes of events each year. By being a Friend we hope that you will be an ambassador for us and help get the message about the Festival and its support of Seesaw to as wide an audience as possible. In that way we can maximise the support we are able to give to Seesaw and Dorchester Abbey.

In return for your donation and support we offer a range of benefits, which are listed below. If you would like to be a Friend of Dorchester Festival please download the application form and return it to the address on the form.

Membership of the Friends is available to all, including companies and other organisations for £100 (gold); to couples and families for £50 (silver); and to individuals for £25 (bronze).

All Friends will be entitled to:

  • 10% discounts on box office ticket prices (limited to 2 per event for bronze friends)
  • Also: when you buy tickets for any unreserved event as a Friend we will reserve seats for you in the front block of Friends seats. This means that even for very popular events you can arrive just before the performance and still be guaranteed a great view!

Silver and Gold Friends will also be entitled to:

  • 10% discounts on box office ticket prices (limited to 6 per event)
  • Complimentary interval drink: you will be entitled to two complimentary interval drinks from the Friends Bar at all performances where there is an interval bar.

Gold Friends will also be entitled to:

  • Private Drinks Reception after the Tallis Scholars concert on 2nd May where you will have the opportunity to meet the musical director and our Patron, Sir Hugo Brunner KCVO, amongst others.
