RubbishIdeasTracey Smith is a specialist writer and broadcaster on sustainable living and also author of the recent bestseller ‘Book of Rubbish Ideas’   She’s a very contented downshifter who extols the virtues of positively embracing living with less.  Tracey is a green visionary, a realist and a work at home wife and mother of 3 who strives to keep a handle on the work and life balance, in favour of ‘life’.


Tracey will read from her book and demonstrate her ‘rubbish’ flatbreads.


Following her talk there will be an opportunity to buy green goods and to take part in green craft sessions
